A friendly group will greet you and turn Monday morning trepidation on its head. The sessions are designed to build muscle through purposeful, slow and controlled reps. The trainer will provide technique enhancements.
Weight training is the bedrock of athletic strength, and we carry this foundational work into the cardio, strength and plyometric sessions later in the week.
