Wednesday’s set us apart from traditional gym sessions. Not only are we training on the soft and forgiving terrain of Vellenoweth Green, opposite the beach, but our sessions consistently mix cardio and strength. 

You can expect 15-20 reps of a particular exercise, perhaps three exercises that work a similar muscle group, then team-based speed running at about 70-80% of your sprint pace. 

In another session format, we perform a variety of cardio sets. Ranging from shorter distances that require agility and core stability to longer ones, where we focus on the technique and drive phase of a fast run. 

Training in this way gives you a competitive edge and really pushes your fitness. Speedwork enhances body composition.
