On Saturdays, you are training your cardiovascular system. Over 12 weeks, we deliver a periodised programme that organically transitions between speedwork, power, strength, and endurance, so you become the well-rounded athlete you deserve, and can enjoy a range of activities with your fit body. The session is 45 minutes, and within this time, you’ll work through a variety of short sets that keep the training varied and collaborative. We puff and laugh the whole way, and it’s an amazing achievement to top off the week.

The Saturday session is akin to the match day vibe at a sports club: we meet, families are welcome (and encouraged), we work hard, and then we socialise. Every Saturday since conception, we have had coffee together after the training, and great friends have been made. You come for the fitness, and you stay for the friends.
